I suffer with neuropathy in my legs my neurologist suggested I get Magnesium cream for the muscle spasms. Even though I have medication for this I still get periodic spasms during the night. I don't know whether this is recommended but I had sensitive skin on my face/nose so I tried rubbing a small amount of this on my fingers into my face...could feel some heat for a bit but the issue cleared up within 2 days...and I could tell it was working after the first application.

I'm just sorry that I didn't know about this cream sooner! It's the best cream ever, I can sleep so much better now and feel confident that my legs will not jump or jerk erratically keeping me awake all night.

I used a few squirts in my hot bath and it worked just like my old brand. Cramps in my feet and legs have not woken me overnight since and I am happy.
