Bolton’s Naturals Magnesium Chloride Spray is pure and natural. It’s simply magnesium chloride diluted in distilled water to half the strength of our Magnesium Chloride Liquid.

Bolton’s Naturals only uses magnesium chloride in its natural state, concentrated from seawater. Our topical magnesium products contain over 90 trace minerals not found in lab-produced magnesium chloride.

1 ml of this product (10 sprays) contains 225 mg of magnesium chloride.

How to use Magnesium Spray?

Magnesium Spray is easy to use! Just pump the bottle and let the topical magnesium mist your body or your face (avoiding the eyes).

Use magnesium spray at any time, night or day. You might want to use it when you’re feeling achy, tired, or have pain or cramps. Even when you don’t feel symptoms, keep your levels high.

There’s no risk of using “too much.” Your body regulates how much magnesium you absorb through your skin.
