How to Use

Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin and massage gently until absorbed. Suitable for both face and body. Use anytime, day or night.

Cautions: For external use only. Keep away from the eyes. Discontinue use if redness, rash, or irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

I really love the BALM but it is hard to squeeze it out of the tube for me as I have severe osteoarthritis -not just my hands but all the joints in my body. I would really love if your company could put the balm into a jar with a lid-the jars are recyclable where as the tubes don't have a number on them for recycling-I also have the Magnesium Lotion, but since it isn't as thick of a product, it is easy enough to squeeze out of a tube. I end up having to cut the Balm tube all the way down the side to get to the product -I would really appreciate if my suggestion of a jar -plastic is okay- would be taken seriously. There must be other older people who have trouble squeezing tubes that would find a jar easier. Thanks for the great product-I use both Balms and Lotions daily. Georgia Bell [****]

I would love to see both the balm and lotion put into plastic jars instead of the tubes-the tubes are hard for someone like me with severe osteo-arthritis of my hands to squeeze the balm-or lotion- out-I end up cutting the tube open to use the balm-or right now-lotion. Thanks for a great product without lots of extra ingredients-I have sensitive skin and your products work well for me.

I like this lotion but had actually thought I had ordered the Magnesium BALM-which I find I really prefer as the balm is thicker so don't run down my shins-I use it daily-so will be ordering the balm if it is available with my next order. I've been using your Magnesium Balm (plain) for 2 or 3 years now. It's great. When I made my recent order, the plain balm was not available, so I ordered the version with lavender. It may be because the arthritis in my hands is getting worse, but I'm finding it difficult to squeeze the balm out of the tube -- and that had not been the case until now. Just so you know. I don't know whether this is recommended but I had sensitive skin on my face/nose so I tried rubbing a small amount of this on my fingers into my face...could feel some heat for a bit but the issue cleared up within 2 days...and I could tell it was working after the first application.

The magnesium gel is fantastic. I originally started with the spray I picked up at the health food store. It was very effective just a bit messy for me and it didn’t absorb as fast as I would like. Which is why I went with the gel this time. I have bad knees and bad feet and I suffer from leg cramps. The gel has made the world a difference to all of my ailments. The plus that I was unaware of was my overall quality of sleep has improved 100%.
