I don't know whether this is recommended but I had sensitive skin on my face/nose so I tried rubbing a small amount of this on my fingers into my face...could feel some heat for a bit but the issue cleared up within 2 days...and I could tell it was working after the first application.

I suffer with neuropathy in my legs my neurologist suggested I get Magnesium cream for the muscle spasms. Even though I have medication for this I still get periodic spasms during the night. I tried this cream and it works like a charm as soon as I feel the spasm coming I applied this cream and in less than 30 seconds the spasm stated to relax. I highly recommend this cream.

I highly recommend this product . I have severe diabetic neuropathy my daughter had recently gave me this lavender magnesium balm to try .
