What It Is
This topical magnesium gel is perfect for massage. It’s formulated to glide over tight, sore muscles and joints and hold magnesium on the skin, working to:
- Help relieve aches and pains
- Produce energy in every cell of your body
- Strengthen cartilage and build strong bones
- Unwind muscle tension and cramps
- Plus, much more
This version is unscented, but magnesium gel is also available with lavender essential oils. Magnesium gel contains 55 mg of elemental magnesium per ml.
How to use
Magnesium Gel is easy to use! Massage it into your skin and let the magnesium absorb. Rub into your feet, your muscles, your back, your neck, or anywhere you have tension. After about 20 minutes, rinse with warm water or have a shower.
Magnesium gel is perfect for after a workout or at the end of a long day hunched over a desk. Any time you feel tense, tired, crampy, or achy, reach for your topical magnesium.
There’s no risk of using “too much.” Your skin absorbs just enough.
Cautions: For external use only. Keep away from the eyes. This product should not cause skin sensitivity; however, discontinue use if you experience redness, rash, or irritation.
Why This Formula
Your body needs magnesium every day--especially when you’re pushing it hard at work or at play. This mineral is essential for your muscles, joints, metabolism, and more.
If you’re not getting enough magnesium through diet (and most of us are not), you may feel cramps, spasms, fatigue, pain, and other symptoms of deficiency. Boost your levels conveniently with topical magnesium.
Magnesium gel is a clear massage gel that holds magnesium on your skin, so it can gradually absorb. While absorbing, Bolton’s Naturals Magnesium Chloride Gel can also help to soften rough skin.
Note that this product is not intended to treat, prevent or cure any diseases or conditions.
Ingredients
Bolton’s Naturals Magnesium Chloride Gel is a blend of topical magnesium and plant-based Amigel™ to help the magnesium glide. Amigel™ is a 100% natural gelling and stabilizing agent with no petroleum.
Bolton’s Naturals only uses magnesium chloride in its natural state, sourced from seawater. Our topical magnesium products contain over 90 trace minerals not found in lab-produced magnesium chloride.
Each teaspoon of magnesium gel contains 225 mg of magnesium chloride.
All Ingredients: Magnesium chloride, Amigel™

I have severe arthritis, and have been using
Magnesium Gel for several years . I am unable to tolerate anti -Inflammatory meds. and the gel has enable me to get a

thankful for it, and cannot do without it.

Great service and great product! Also the samples that were included with my order were a surprise and are much appreciated.
This product works! I have had continual neck pain for years. It never relaxes, making it painful to face to the sides. The gel helps a lot. Still experimenting with application method and timeing on that. What really amazed me is how quickly and completely it relieved dull, restless leg type of pain in my thigh and persistent pain from an old injury in my ankle. Even worked on my elbows (probably arthritis pain). Try it on whatever hurts. It works in places I never expected it to.
Seems to be giving supplemental relief when applied directly onto hands and feet muscles and joints
very helpful for relief of my myofascial pain
