    About the product

    Melatonin is a natural sleep hormone that we all produce. But sometimes, our bodies don’t deliver enough sleep-inducing melatonin at bedtime – especially as we age. You may benefit from a melatonin supplement if you:

    • Are exposed to digital screens or other sources of blue light before bed
    • Have jetlag or are planning a trip across time zones
    • Work evening or night shifts

    How to use

    Liquid melatonin is easy to use! Just 2 sprays under your tongue! 

    We recommend you take it about half an hour before you want to sleep. To fall asleep faster, avoid screens and bright lights before bed (both suppress melatonin). You may get better results from melatonin if you also take a magnesium supplement.  If you have trouble with waking in the night keep Heavenly Sleep by your bedside and give another spray upon waking to get back to sleep in no time!

    If your sleep issues persist continuously for more than four weeks, consult your healthcare practitioner. 

    Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, depression and/or hypertension or if you are taking blood pressure or sedative/hypnotic medications. Do not use melatonin if you are taking immunosuppressive drugs. Do not use melatonin if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
    Ingredients

    We make Heavenly Sleep Melatonin Spray from the safest, pharmaceutical-grade synthetic melatonin. The molecules are identical to the melatonin your body produces.

    We use lab-produced melatonin because it’s far safer and kinder. Melatonin labeled as “natural” has to be extracted from the pineal gland in the brains of animals and could contain biological contaminants like viruses.

    Every two sprays (.44 ml) contain 3 mg of melatonin.
