Shipping Policy

How long does it take for orders to be processed?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

During sale periods processing times may be 3-5 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we offer free Standard Shipping on any order over $75.00 to addresses in Canada and USA. For orders less than $50.00, We offer $9.99 flat rate standard shipping.

Where are the products shipped from and how long does it take?

We ship all orders from Toronto, Canada.

Shipping transit time varies depending on the destination address but typically expect 3 business days if you are on the East Coast, 5 business days if you are Central, and 7 business days for the West Coast.

What is the refund policy?

We are unable to offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses or packages marked delivered but not received. 

Is there International Shipping?

At this time, we are unfortunately unable to ship orders internationally outside of Canada and the USA.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Why is shipping taking so long?

We rely on shipping carriers like Canada Post, USPS, Canpar, and UPS. Due to unforeseen circumstances, these carriers may become very busy and shipping can take longer than usual.

If the tracking on the shipment seems to be seriously delayed (longer than 10 business days), the best course of action is to check the tracking number and reach out to the logistics company directly.

If the logistics company isn’t able to help to the status then please contact us at customercare@boltonsnaturals.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
